LED Lighting and Smartphone Technology

Come visit two newly constructed homes that have 100% LED lighting! You have to experience this in person. The homes also showcase Lutron’s Caseta wireless controls system. Lighting can be turned off and on or dimmed form a different room in the house or remotely from your car. Using the Lutron Bridge you can monitor and control the lighting in your home from your Smartphone while you are away on vacation or just at work.

Fedyk Builders and Gerber Homes are two Builders of just five across New York State chosen to participate in a NYSERDA funded demonstration project highlighting the benefits of LED lighting.
