Last Chance for LED Lighting Demo This Saturday!

This is your last chance to visit one of the two newly constructed homes with 100% LED lighting during special demonstration hours!  Gerber Homes Canandaigua model on Overlook Lane will hold the final demonstration hours this Saturday, April 18th!  The home also showcases Lutron’s Caseta wireless controls system. Lighting can be turned off and on or dimmed from a different room in the house or remotely from your car or other location. Using the Lutron Bridge you can monitor and control the lighting in your home from your Smartphone while you are away on vacation or just at work.

Fedyk Builders and Gerber Homes are two Builders of just five across New York State chosen to participate in a NYSERDA funded demonstration project highlighting the benefits of LED lighting.
