The new product would feature information on how to take care of your home, checklists, log sheets, and spaces to write in or store important information such as

- Contact information for contractors and suppliers
- Product features such as styles and colors
- Cleaning instructions
- Pass codes
- Warranties
- Local codes/covenants
- Expenses incurred
